1st Shift - EMBREX Machine Opr HY05 - River Valley Hatchery

Job Details:

This position is responsible for operating a specific piece of equipment in an assigned area for efficient production while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Schedule: 1st shift

Starting pay rate: $19.95/hour

The job includes stacking trays after the eggs are embrexed, putting complete stacks of trays in the hatchers and put empty flats in the buggies.  

Tasks
This position requires pulling eggs out of the setters, making sure the flats are put on the machine in the correct position, and taking all blown up eggs out of each flat. Clean up any eggs that may have been broken during this process. Wash down the Embrex machine and clean setter halls. This position requires heavy lifting (must be able to lift 75 pounds) and must be able to work in 100 degree temperatures.

Rehire Criteria: This facility does accept rehires after 365 days and only if the applicant has not worked more than 2 previous times. Tyson reserves the right to require longer waiting periods or not accept rehires based on the reason for dismissal.
