Accountabilities:

    In this role, you will be responsible for defining, building, and scaling advertising and brand monetization products that enable creators to generate sustainable revenue while maintaining strong user experience standards. You will operate at both strategic and execution levels, shaping product direction while driving hands-on development and iteration.

    • Build and evolve ad products and monetization frameworks that integrate natively into immersive 3D experiences.
    • Partner directly with developers and creator communities to understand integration workflows, pain points, and optimization opportunities.
    • Design marketplace systems that balance demand-side advertiser needs with supply-side creator performance and revenue fairness.
    • Define and run A/B experiments to measure the impact of ad formats, density, and placement on engagement and retention.
    • Translate qualitative creator feedback into clear product requirements for engineering and design teams.
    • Collaborate with monetization engineers to optimize SDKs, APIs, and integration flows for scalability and ease of use.
    • Use platform telemetry and data insights to continuously improve ad performance and developer earnings.
    • Build long-term vision for self-serve, scalable advertising infrastructure that supports a global creator ecosystem.
    • Requirements

      The ideal candidate is a strong product leader with deep experience in marketplace products, advertising systems, or developer platforms. You combine analytical rigor with strong product intuition and a clear understanding of ecosystem dynamics.

      • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in ads, monetization, marketplaces, or developer platforms.
      • Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, including supply-demand balancing and multi-sided platform design.
      • Experience working closely with engineers and developers on SDKs, APIs, or technical product integrations.
      • Proven ability to design and interpret A/B tests and experiment-driven product decisions.
      • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide product strategy and prioritization.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical and non-technical perspectives.
      • Experience working with large-scale consumer platforms or creator ecosystems is highly preferred.
      • Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while driving clear product direction.
