  1. Master Data Management
  • Establish and enforce master data standards, naming conventions, and validation rules across all systems to ensure a single source of truth.
  • Create, maintain, and deactivate master data across multiple systems (e.g., ERP, Salesforce, Conga, BI, etc).
  • Design and manage Excel-based templates for data uploads, validation, and cross-system reconciliation.
  • Perform regular data audits and health checks to identify and resolve discrepancies, duplicates, and incomplete records.
  • Monitor data change logs and maintain accurate version control and history tracking.
  • Identify opportunities for automation to streamline data reconciliation and management workflows.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to reduce manual data handling and enhance data accuracy and reliability.
  • Maintain up-to-date SOPs and documentation reflecting current processes; ensure timely communication and sharing of updates with stakeholders at country, regional, and global levels, and manage centralized document archiving.
  1. System Administration & Support:
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions across multiple systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to end users on proper data entry and data maintenance procedures.
  • Perform routine system maintenance and configuration updates; troubleshoot integration issues and system bugs in collaboration with IT support teams.
  • Monitor system performance and data flows across platforms to ensure accurate and seamless synchronization.
  • Support system upgrades, user acceptance testing (UAT), and the implementation of new modules or functionalities.
  1. Reporting & Analytics:
  • Extract, consolidate, and validate data from multiple systems to produce accurate monthly business reports.
  • Design and maintain reporting dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights for management.
  • Automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve data timeliness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure report accuracy and proactively address data gaps or inconsistencies.
  1. Provide support for ad hoc analysis and cross-functional projects as required.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Salesforce, BI tools); familiarity with data integration across multiple platforms is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data validation, Power Query); experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality principles, and master data lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to perform data analysis, reconciliation, and troubleshooting with high attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to train and support end users.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to effectively collaborate with regional and global stakeholders.
  • 3-5 years working experience in master data management, business operation, system administration, or data analytics roles.
