Accountabilities:
- Manage user administration processes, including provisioning, modifying, reviewing, and removing system access based on job roles and security policies.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and operational controls across the organization.
- Monitor security tools and systems to identify potential threats, investigate security events, and assist in incident response activities.
- Conduct risk assessments and contribute to identifying, documenting, and mitigating security risks.
- Prepare and maintain risk, control, technical, and process documentation to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security practices and support ongoing cybersecurity initiatives.
- Experience in IT security, cybersecurity operations, system administration, or a related technology role.
- Understanding of identity and access management principles, including user provisioning and access governance.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or similar industry standards.
- Knowledge of common security tools, monitoring platforms, and security best practices.
- Ability to perform risk assessments and document security controls and technical procedures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with close attention to detail.
