Location: Haverhill, OH
We are seeking a talented Process Engineer to provide day-to-day process engineering support within a manufacturing environment. This role will focus on process optimization, operational improvements, troubleshooting, and supporting projects that enhance plant performance.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with operations, maintenance, project engineering, and plant leadership to identify opportunities, improve efficiencies, and support successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily process engineering support to plant operations
• Monitor and analyze key process parameters to improve performance
• Troubleshoot process challenges and recommend operational improvements
• Collaborate with plant teams on efficiency, quality, and productivity initiatives
• Support process outages, startups, and technical improvements
• Assist with feasibility studies, engineering projects, and capital improvement initiatives
• Partner with procurement and project teams on process enhancement projects
Qualifications:
• Process engineering experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
