  • Coordinate Spine Procedure and Development Project team activities, ensuring alignment across Marketing, R&D, Sales, and Surgeon Partnerships

  • Conduct quarterly alignment reviews with Marketing, R&D, and Surgeon Partnerships to assess program effectiveness, surgeon engagement, and opportunities to elevate the overall CST experience

  • Evaluate surgeon engagement and program performance, proactively identifying gaps, risks, and growth opportunities

  • Ensure consistent execution of governance and documentation processes across procedure teams and projects, with a focus on enhancing the surgeon experience and operational excellence

  • Drive execution discipline through structured tracking, clear action planning, and cross-functional communication, including defined follow-through on CEP-related commitments

  • Lead post-CEP follow-up, ensuring actionable next steps are completed and aligned to defined business objectives (e.g., adoption, conversions, capital pull-through)

  • Own and track post-program impact metrics (e.g., engagement progression, procedural adoption, revenue influence), providing visibility to stakeholders and informing future prioritization

  • Travel approximately 15–20%
