A Senior position within the Account Receivable Team helping the department achieve its ambition of being market leading with brilliant fundamentals:


•Deputise in Team Lead’s absence to manage team and client expectations.

•SME in client calls and written communication.

•Assists TL in training of new recruits and upskilling of current employees.

•Provision of accurate arrears reports.

•SME in client reporting.

•Support team to ensure all client KPI’s and business set targets are met.

•Chase tenants to recover outstanding sums.

•Deal with complex escalations from AR Analysts & support accordingly.

•Collaborate with other Team Leads to ensure consistency across the wider structure.

•Have regular meetings with portfolio managers providing comments on arrears.

•Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for both internal and external clients as required.

•Instruct Enforcement Agents.

•Complex Reconciliation of Occupier accounts and resolving tenant queries.

•Work within the best practice guidelines to ensure a common and consistent approach is used across the company.

•Any other duties necessary to assist with the running of the various portfolios within the team.
