This role is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiting position supporting a complex and fast-moving organization undergoing significant growth and post-merger alignment.
You will own hiring across technical, commercial, product, operations, and data science functions, ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experience from intake through offer.
The position requires strong stakeholder management skills, as you will work closely with executive leaders and hiring managers to define talent needs and hiring strategy.

Accountabilities:

    • Own full-cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles spanning technical, product, data science, commercial, and operations functions.
    • Partner with executive leaders and hiring managers to run intake sessions, define role requirements, and align on candidate profiles and hiring priorities.
    • Drive structured interview processes by coaching hiring panels on best practices, consistency, and effective evaluation techniques.
    • Manage and coordinate offshore recruiting support and fractional TA resources to ensure seamless execution across hiring workflows.
    • Maintain high standards of ATS (Greenhouse) data integrity, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and pipeline visibility.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on hiring strategy, market insights, and process improvements.
    • Proactively unblock stalled requisitions by driving alignment, accountability, and timely decision-making across stakeholders.
    • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
    • Requirements:

      • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across a range of technical and non-technical roles.
      • Proven ability to independently manage a recruiting desk in fast-paced, high-urgency environments.
      • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and hold senior leaders accountable.
      • High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization.
      • Strong operational rigor and ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and organization.
      • Experience working with ATS platforms, ideally Greenhouse, with strong attention to data accuracy and process discipline.
      • Comfort working in complex, matrixed environments with distributed recruiting teams.
      • Experience in health tech, life sciences, data science, or startup environments is a strong plus.
      • Ability to adapt quickly in evolving organizational contexts, including post-merger or high-growth phases.
