Skills and Competencies3-7 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or HR with a strong track record of delivering impactful programsExpertise in designing scalable, data-driven learning solutions aligned to business goalsStrong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadersProficiency in program management, including planning, execution, and performance measurement (e.g., NPS, ROI, impact analysis)Experience leveraging innovative learning approaches, including digital learning tools and Gen AI, to enhance engagement and personalizationExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective learning strategiesEducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldMaster’s degree or certifications in Learning & Development, Coaching, or Project Management are preferredResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify skill gaps and define learning priorities aligned with organizational strategyDesign and develop scalable, high-impact learning programs using modern instructional approaches such as blended learning, experiential techniques, and digital platformsManage end-to-end program delivery, including planning, facilitation, logistics, communications, and vendor coordinationFacilitate learning sessions to create engaging, inclusive, and high-quality participant experiencesMeasure program effectiveness through data and insights, including learner feedback, adoption rates, and business impact metricsDrive continuous improvement by analyzing outcomes, gathering feedback, and refining program designBuild strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor on talent and skills development initiativesIntroduce and pilot innovative learning technologies and methodologies, including AI-driven and future-ready solutionsAbout the TeamYou will join Moody’s University, a team dedicated to building future-ready capabilities across the organization.
