The Senior Manager, Digital Product Solutions will play a key role in shaping and executing the Privacy technology roadmap by driving the successful integration, implementation, and adoption of enterprise privacy solutions. This role will partner closely with Privacy, Compliance, Technology, Product, and Governance stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable operational capabilities. The individual will lead cross-functional efforts to deliver privacy tooling enhancements, enable regulatory compliance, and support the evolution of the enterprise Privacy Program through effective technology solutions.
- Partner with Privacy, Product, Technology, and Governance leaders to help define and evolve the enterprise Privacy tooling roadmap and supporting operating model
- Lead the end-to-end integration, implementation, and delivery of strategic third-party Privacy technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business, regulatory, and operational requirements
- Drive program execution across multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery outcomes
- Collaborate with business units, Centers of Excellence, and second-line partners to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate business needs into scalable Privacy technology capabilities
- Serve as the primary business lead for Privacy tooling initiatives, coordinating across internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Partner with Technology teams to define integration requirements, data flows, controls, and operational processes necessary to support enterprise adoption of Privacy solutions
- Support the execution of regulatory remediation efforts and Privacy compliance initiatives through the implementation and enhancement of technology-enabled controls and workflows
- Establish governance processes, operating procedures, and performance metrics to drive ongoing effectiveness, adoption, and continuous improvement of Privacy tooling capabilities
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, communicating program status, key decisions, risks, and implementation progress across business and governance forums
- Drive change management and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure successful rollout, adoption, and operationalization of Privacy technology solutions across the enterprise
- Partner with Agile delivery teams to prioritize capabilities, manage delivery backlogs, and ensure successful execution against program objectives
- Monitor industry trends, vendor capabilities, and emerging Privacy technology solutions to provide recommendations that support future roadmap decisions.
- 3+ years of demonstrated excellence in leading teams delivering technology-driven business solutions across the enterprise
- Highly organized and self-motivated individual

- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions & processes to a wide variety of audiences
- Knowledge of the global privacy landscape, and/or the web and digital advertising ecosystem is a plus
- Ability to discover and design scalable solutions and processes, and lead implementation of those processes across a matrixed environment
- Confidence in decision-making in complex & ambiguous situations; comfortable troubleshooting and aligning conflicting interests
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, master’s degree preferred.
