Accountabilities:

    The Seasonal Licensed Healthcare Operations Manager is responsible for leading operational teams, improving performance, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring successful delivery of healthcare programs. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Lead, coach, and develop Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and their teams to achieve performance objectives and deliver exceptional service.
    • Manage program profitability by overseeing revenue, margins, billing, resource utilization, and retention goals.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding expectations, monitoring satisfaction, and addressing operational needs.
    • Analyze service level agreements and implement improvement plans to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.
    • Ensure operational compliance with contracts, company policies, and applicable regulations.
    • Develop employee engagement strategies, provide performance feedback, and support professional growth initiatives.
    • Partner with internal departments including training, HR, quality, workforce management, talent acquisition, finance, and technology teams to resolve challenges and improve operations.
    • Conduct business reviews, operational meetings, and performance assessments while communicating progress, opportunities, and action plans.
    • Support new business opportunities by participating in client discussions, reviews, and growth initiatives.
    • Maintain awareness of healthcare industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare operations leader with strong management skills, healthcare sales knowledge, and the ability to drive results in a remote environment. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

      • Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED required.
      • Previous licensed healthcare sales experience required.
      • Associate degree preferred, with 4+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years of progressive management experience preferred.
      • Proven experience leading, mentoring, coaching, and developing teams.
      • Strong ability to analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements.
      • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and collaborative approach.
      • Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and ownership.
      • Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. residential address.
      • Flexibility to work varying schedules based on business needs.
