Accountabilities

    The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for strengthening customer partnerships, protecting recurring revenue, and identifying opportunities for expansion across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. This role requires strong commercial judgment, proactive account management, and the ability to operate strategically while managing multiple priorities.

    • Own and manage a portfolio of existing enterprise customers, ensuring successful renewals, customer satisfaction, and recurring revenue growth.
    • Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders by understanding customer goals, business priorities, use cases, and success metrics.
    • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning solutions with evolving customer needs.
    • Lead account planning strategies and ensure customers maximize the value of available products and capabilities.
    • Manage commercial discussions including renewals, pricing conversations, contract negotiations, and expansion opportunities.
    • Monitor customer health, adoption trends, usage data, and account risks to proactively drive retention and growth initiatives.
    • Leverage AI tools and automation to identify expansion signals, improve account prioritization, and increase operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product, and other internal teams to address customer needs and remove obstacles.
    • Contribute to the development of repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and scalable go-to-market strategies.
    • Operate independently while helping improve team processes within a high-growth and evolving environment.
    • Requirements

      The ideal candidate combines strong enterprise account management experience with commercial expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to build relationships across complex organizations. You should be comfortable managing revenue targets, navigating multiple stakeholders, and working in a dynamic environment.

      • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, enterprise account management, or a related revenue-focused role with ownership of renewals and expansion revenue.
      • Proven success managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders and organizational structures.
      • Demonstrated ability to drive customer retention, identify growth opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.
      • Experience leading consultative sales conversations, contract negotiations, and commercial processes.
      • Strong collaboration skills with Customer Success, Solutions Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
      • Ability to manage a high volume of accounts while maintaining strong attention to detail and prioritization.
      • Experience working in startup or high-growth technology environments with the ability to operate independently.
      • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, developer-focused products, usage-based business models, or digital experience solutions is a plus.
      • Ability to quickly understand complex technical products and communicate value effectively to both technical and business audiences.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use customer data and insights to guide account strategies.
      • Excellent communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
