Relocation assistatance available within the US.The capital coordination orchestration from customer to supplier requires a strong operational partner to manage, measure and maintain business relations with external partners. The Capital Coordinator is responsible for complex procurement of custom products and services and related project support aspects such as purchase orders, capital management, procurement volumes, forecast and supplier performance and compliance. The Capital Coordinator focus lies on new and defined suppliers for a range of products procured from inside or outside of Eaton to satisfy project goals and deliverables within the required timeline.The expected annual salary range for this role is $71,000 - $105,000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you’ll do:
Procure parts and services with complex or custom requirements Facilitate inter-company purchases while ensuring timelines are followedPerform supplier capabilities qualification and enforce quality requirementsReceive, validate and communicate Engineering Specs for equipment with support of EngineeringMonitor new tender or portfolio needs, validate make/buy & facilitate timely vendor onboardingEngage suppliers in tender preparation and align on responsibilities for delivery, installation and maintenanceManage project forecast expectations for capital expenditureAlign on FAT / FWT testing execution with the support of Engineering/Quality or Customer representativesTrack supplier performance, compliance and facilitate clear paths of communication for symbiotic supplier relationshipsThis role could be the next step in your career if you demonstrate the following experience:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institutionMinimum one (1) year of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, operations or a combination of those functionsYou will set yourself apart by demonstrating some or all of the following:
Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering from an accredited institutionMinimum of two (2) years of procurement or supply chain experience within a manufacturing environmentMinimum of two (2) years of experience with SAP MRP/ERP system preferredMinimum of two (2) years of experience working in a high mix, low volume manufacturing environmentWe will not consider candidates who:
