Accountabilities:
- Lead the workforce capability and learning strategy by partnering with senior leaders to identify critical skills, competencies, and capabilities needed for future business success.
- Develop and maintain enterprise-level competency frameworks and capability architectures that support workforce planning, career development, role readiness, and organizational effectiveness.
- Translate business strategy, operating model changes, technology advancements, and workforce trends into multi-year capability development roadmaps.
- Design and oversee learning strategies that align investments with organizational goals, role requirements, and measurable performance outcomes.
- Act as the business owner for learning demand management, partnering with internal learning teams, quality organizations, human resources, and external providers to develop effective learning solutions.
- Establish governance models, prioritization processes, and operating frameworks that align stakeholders around capability and learning priorities.
- Build and improve onboarding and workforce readiness frameworks to ensure consistent role-based experiences, training assignments, and readiness expectations.
- Modernize learning operations, curriculum management, compliance monitoring, and knowledge-sharing practices to improve employee experience and organizational visibility.
- Partner across business functions to strengthen knowledge management and enable employees to access and apply critical information effectively.
- Evaluate the impact of emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and evolving industry models on future workforce capabilities.
- Use workforce analytics, learning effectiveness metrics, and capability insights to identify gaps and guide strategic investments.
- Build and lead a high-performing team focused on capability planning, learning strategy, onboarding excellence, and workforce readiness.
- Doctorate degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- 15+ years of experience leading workforce capability, organizational learning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, workforce transformation, or related functions within large global organizations preferred.
- Proven experience designing competency models, capability frameworks, skills architectures, or workforce development strategies at enterprise or functional scale.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leadership teams and align capability investments with business strategy and performance objectives.
- Experience building and scaling new functions, governance models, operating frameworks, and organizational capabilities from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of modern workforce trends, skills-based organizations, and innovative approaches to capability development beyond traditional training models.
- Experience leveraging workforce analytics, digital learning technologies, knowledge management practices, artificial intelligence, or emerging technologies to improve organizational performance.
- Ability to anticipate future capability needs and translate evolving business requirements into actionable workforce strategies.
- Experience operating effectively in highly matrixed organizations and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong strategic thinking, systems orientation, consulting abilities, and executive presence.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create alignment across learning, talent, human resources, compliance, quality, and business teams.
- Competitive annual salary range of approximately $192,961.05 – $261,064.95 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
