Accountabilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver implementation activities for mission-critical software solutions.
- Review statements of work and develop effective project plans, schedules, and delivery strategies.
- Coordinate consultants, resources, timelines, and project activities to achieve successful outcomes.
- Manage client communication, provide regular status updates, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Set and manage client expectations while ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions and customer service.
- Monitor and manage project financials, resources, and overall project performance.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve project issues, and minimize impacts on timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify improvement opportunities and apply lessons learned.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve workflows, efficiency, and project outcomes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing enterprise software implementation projects, preferably involving utility billing or client information systems.
- Proven experience leading complex technology projects with multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of software implementation methodologies, project planning, and delivery processes.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively and maintain focus in challenging or changing environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Comfortable working with AI-enabled technologies, including copilots, chat-based AI assistants, and automation tools, while maintaining appropriate security and compliance standards.
- PMP certification is considered an asset.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 5% as required.
- Ability to work remotely while supporting teams and clients across different locations.
- Must be legally eligible to travel internationally, including meeting passport and visa requirements where applicable.
