Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Assembly and Testing of Aerospace components such as Check Valves, Actuators, Regulators, Variable Bleed Valves, Linkages, Fuel Body
- Expected to be able to interpret Blueprints Drawing, Technical Electronic Work Instructions (EWI) and carry out Assembly work
- Inspect parts Dimensions and Geometry as per EWI / Blueprints specifications
- Ensure that Assembly work carried out meets the required Quality as stated in the respective Manuals and Technical Documents
- May be required to operate any one or a combination of the following Equipment including Test Bench, Pressure Test, Patch Test, Power Flush
- Initiate & implement Continuous Improvement activities (Kaizen) to improve Productivity & Quality
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- NITEC, NTC, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Assembly & Test manufacturing environment, preferably within aerospace or precision engineering industries.
- Experience in pressure testing and functional testing of mechanical or aerospace components will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with assembly and testing processes using various hand tools and precision instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, EWI, QWI, MOT drawings, and PCC documentation.
- Familiarity with aerospace quality standards and manufacturing practices is preferred.
- Understanding of 5S, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma concepts will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with SAP systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and troubleshooting capability.
- Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Diligent, disciplined, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.
