The Role 

We are looking for an ambitious and technically accomplished Solution Consultant to join our BPro team in Sweden. As a trusted advisor to our prospective and existing customers, you will bridge the gap between business challenges and Adobe's portfolio of document and creative solutions — with a particular focus on Acrobat, PDF workflows, document automation, and Adobe Express. 

You will work closely with our sales organisation, playing a pivotal role in the pre-sales cycle — running discovery sessions, delivering compelling product demonstrations, building proofs of concept, and articulating the quantifiable business value of Adobe's solutions. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, storytelling, and customer success.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Partner with the sales team across the full pre-sales cycle — from initial discovery through to proposal, demonstration, and close — acting as the primary technical and solutions voice for the BPro portfolio. 

  • Design and deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations and presentations that clearly articulate business value aligned to each customer's specific challenges and strategic goals. 

  • Lead in-depth discovery workshops with prospects to identify pain points, document workflow inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement. 

  • Develop proof-of-concept solutions and demo environments that showcase Adobe Acrobat, PDF workflows, document automation, scripting capabilities, and Adobe Express in real-world business scenarios. 

  • Craft compelling value-based business cases, ROI analyses, and solution proposals that resonate with both technical evaluators and C-level stakeholders. 

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on document processes, PDF standards, digital signatures (including compliance with Swedish and EU regulations such as eIDAS), and workflow scripting. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to relay customer feedback and influence product roadmap priorities. 

  • Stay current with Adobe product developments, competitive landscape, and industry trends in document management and digital experience. 

 

Areas of Expertise Required 

Document Processes & PDF Workflows 

  • Deep, hands-on expertise with Adobe Acrobat (Pro) and the full PDF ecosystem — including PDF/A, PDF/UA, and PDF forms. 

  • Strong understanding of enterprise document workflows: creation, review, approval, e-signature, archiving, and compliance. 

  • Practical experience with PDF scripting and automation — including JavaScript for Acrobat, Action Wizards, and batch processing. 

  • Strong knowledge on low code / no code automation environments in which the PDF-services API’s can be utilized i,e, Preferably MS Power Automate 

  • Familiarity with document security, redaction, accessibility standards, and digital rights management. 

  • Knowledge of integrating PDF workflows with enterprise systems (SharePoint, Salesforce, ERPs) and via Adobe Document Cloud APIs. 

 

Creative Solutions & Adobe Express 

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Express and its application in empowering business users to create on-brand content at scale. 

  • Ability to articulate the value of Adobe Express within enterprise brand management and content governance frameworks. 

  • Understanding of Adobe's broader Creative Cloud ecosystem and how it intersects with document and communication workflows. 

  • Experience positioning creative productivity tools to non-designer business audiences. 

 

Value-Based Selling & Pre-Sales 

  • Proven track record in a solution consultant, pre-sales engineer, or sales engineering role within a software or SaaS environment. 

  • Proficiency in value-based and consultative selling methodologies — able to quantify ROI, build business cases, and align solutions to strategic outcomes. 

  • Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from IT administrators to CFOs and procurement leaders. 

  • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in enterprise or mid-market environments. 

 

 

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken) — essential for customer engagement across the Swedish market. 

  • Proven experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales role, ideally within document management, SaaS, or productivity software. 

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and non-technical audiences alike. 

  • Self-motivated, commercially aware, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 

  • Willingness to travel within Sweden and occasionally internationally for customer engagements, industry events, and internal meetings. 

  • A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, or a related field is preferred — though demonstrable equivalent experience will be equally considered.
