Accountabilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and people strategies.
- Partner with leadership teams to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable HR initiatives that support growth and performance.
- Support organizational design, change management efforts, and team effectiveness initiatives.
- Use workforce data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities while providing recommendations to improve business outcomes.
- Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and leadership practices.
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, employee development, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, People Operations, Legal, and other HR functions to deliver integrated solutions.
- Leverage AI tools, automation, and scalable processes to improve HR operations, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR programs, processes, and services through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain awareness of employment regulations, HR best practices, and workforce trends to ensure compliant and effective people practices.
- 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience as an HR Generalist or Human Resources Business Partner.
- Experience advising leaders on performance management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and change management initiatives.
- Strong ability to analyze workforce data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution.
- Excellent consulting, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a dynamic environment.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude to improve productivity through research, analysis, documentation, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Experience supporting organizational transformation, workforce planning, or change initiatives is preferred.
- Experience working with global teams or multinational organizations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are valued.
- Competitive base salary range of $75,000 - $115,000 USD per year, depending on location, skills, and experience.
- Opportunity for a discretionary bonus target of 10% of annual base salary.
