Global Process Manager

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Own and manage the SACM process, including CMDB structure, implementation, and performance monitoring.
Maintain and evolve the core data model, ensuring data quality and governance.
Support users, coordinate and animate the CMDB expert community (Global Ci Owners + LPMs).
Define and drive the CMDB platform roadmap as Product Owner (MMS).
Specify and oversee new features/modules, ensuring alignment with group systems and referential standards.

• Scope:  D&IT.
• Process definition and alignment. Accountable to keep consistency between the corresponding business process, KPIs and platforms across all organisations.
• Accountable for process documentation, training and support.
• Process performance. Accountable for KPI definition and monitoring. Responsible for upstream reporting.
• Accountable for process data quality.
• Efficiency generation and culture. Accountable for seeking improvement opportunities by continuously monitoring the performance of the process. Estimate and record efficiencies introduced.
• Accountable for the sign off of improvement actions/ changes to the process.
• Solution owner for the process in MMS.

Are you a MATCH?

1. Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
2. Good experience in project management , methods and techniques (planning, scheduling, project control procedures, etc.) and data analysis
3. Fluent in english
4. Solid ability to communicate, collaborate and solid interpersonal skills
5. Reliable and organized
