You will own the end-to-end attribution and growth measurement stack, connecting user journeys from first touch through activation and retention. The role blends deep technical ownership of data infrastructure with strategic financial modeling that drives executive decision-making. Accountabilities:

    • Own the full multi-touch attribution system across paid, organic, affiliate, and partnership channels, ensuring accurate mapping of spend to user acquisition and revenue outcomes.
    • Manage and optimize key growth tools and data infrastructure, including AppsFlyer configuration, Segment tracking, and Snowflake-based data pipelines.
    • Design and maintain dbt models for attribution, cohort analysis, LTV, CAC, and funnel performance measurement.
    • Build and refine end-to-end funnel analytics from acquisition through activation, retention, and monetization.
    • Develop financial and performance reporting frameworks that inform budget allocation, channel efficiency, and marketing ROI.
    • Partner with product, marketing, and finance teams to define key growth metrics, user definitions, and experiment frameworks.
    • Analyze contest and product performance to connect user engagement dynamics with acquisition and retention outcomes.
    • Establish analytical standards, mentor junior analysts, and improve data quality, documentation, and reporting consistency.
    • Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance reporting efficiency, anomaly detection, and scalable insight generation.
    • Requirements:

      • 4–7 years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a closely related data-focused role.
      • Strong expertise in SQL and experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
      • Hands-on experience with mobile measurement partners such as AppsFlyer, including attribution setup, tracking, and campaign measurement.
      • Experience with CDPs such as Segment, mParticle, or equivalent, including schema design and data pipeline management.
      • Proven ability to build unit economics models (CAC, LTV, payback, retention curves) and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
      • Strong understanding of A/B testing design, analysis, and interpretation of experiment results.
      • Experience building dashboards, reports, and analytics frameworks for business decision-making.
      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analytical concepts for non-technical audiences.
      • Experience using AI tools (such as Claude) to improve analytical workflows and automation is strongly preferred.
      • Strong business intuition with curiosity for user behavior, product engagement, and gaming or sports ecosystems.
      • Experience in high-growth, consumer-facing, or subscription-based digital businesses is a plus.
