Accountabilities:

    The Group Product Manager will be responsible for leading product strategy, managing product evolution, and developing a high-performing product organization. This role requires strong business judgment, technical curiosity, and the ability to connect long-term vision with practical execution.

    • Lead product strategy and roadmap definition for Pix and Open Finance solutions, aligned with business goals and customer needs.
    • Manage and coordinate product squads, ensuring alignment from discovery and research through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
    • Guide Product Managers’ development through career support, feedback, clear expectations, and leadership.
    • Ensure products remain compliant with regulatory requirements by anticipating changes and incorporating impacts into strategic planning.
    • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and business teams to drive product decisions.
    • Develop and monitor OKRs, KPIs, and product metrics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies when needed.
    • Promote experimentation and data-driven decision-making through tests, analysis, and continuous optimization.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
    • Balance strategic vision with hands-on involvement in product discussions, usability decisions, technical conversations, and data analysis.
    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate should have strong experience leading digital products, preferably in financial services, with the ability to combine strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and people leadership. Experience with Pix, Open Finance, agile environments, and data-driven product management will be highly valued.

      • Proven experience as a Group Product Manager, with a track record of successful product deliveries.
      • Strong technical and business knowledge related to Pix and Open Finance ecosystems, including SPI, DICT, balance ownership, ITP, data transmission, and data reception.
      • Ability to anticipate market, regulatory, and customer trends and translate them into product strategies.
      • Experience applying Artificial Intelligence as a productivity and product innovation accelerator.
      • Strong knowledge of product and business metrics, including conversion funnels and performance indicators.
      • Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
      • Proven experience working in agile environments with short delivery cycles and continuous iteration.
      • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing stakeholders across different areas.
      • Excellent communication skills and ability to build alignment between teams.
      • Ability to combine strategic leadership with tactical execution.
      • Experience developing digital products in the financial sector.
      • Technical skills and tools:

        • Experience with analytics and dashboard tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Metabase, Looker, or similar platforms.
        • Familiarity with agile management and discovery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, or equivalent solutions.
        • Nice-to-have qualifications:

          • Previous experience in fintech environments.
          • Practical experience applying AI to product development or team efficiency.
          • Proven history of funnel optimization through experimentation.
          • Knowledge of SQL.
          • Product management certifications or courses.
          • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
