Your role as Billing Specialist

Reporting to the Accounting manager, the mission of the Billing Specialist will be to support our accounting team to create invoices, analyse revenue and identify opportunities to automate the process.

What you'll be doing

  • Create invoices from automatic, manual, and partnership billing
  • Analyze the revenue split
  • Own the ARR model
  • Ensure revenue is recorded accurately
  • Complete month-end tasks within a tight timeframe
  • Run controls for Controller review
  • Manage all customer and internal inquiries

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • Proven experience in a role where being detail oriented and diligent experience is critical to its success
  • Ability to communicate detailed information in a pragmatic way with various stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, can work efficiently and demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Excel and other relevant accounting software
  • Good oral and written communication skills (French & English)
