Accountabilities:
- Deploy, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, network devices, and related infrastructure components
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across systems, networks, and end-user environments
- Handle escalated service desk tickets and provide timely, effective incident resolution
- Support installation, configuration, and testing of customized IT solutions across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure effective support and system performance
- Contribute to IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, including system configurations and procedures
- Recommend improvements, schedule maintenance, and support ongoing system optimization efforts
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to support continuous evolution of IT services
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience in IT operations or network administration
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, SAN, and security protocols
- Experience with Windows Server environments, virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware), and enterprise systems
- Hands-on experience with switches, firewalls, and endpoint security tools
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (ITIL or similar) is an asset
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and customer-service orientation
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in teams
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations, maintenance windows, and occasional off-site work
