As a Spray Painter at Carma, you’ll step into our brand-new paint shop with low-bake booths and a modern water-based system. We focus on smart repairs, and our team of fitters and paint preppers have your back, helping get cars ready so you can spend your time in the booth delivering fresh, high-quality finishes. You’ll be part of a friendly, fast-moving team where quality and teamwork come first.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver top-quality paint finishes on smart repair jobs.
• Work efficiently in a team-focused, fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare vehicles for painting, ensuring precision with masking, filling, and colour matching.
• Keep jobs running smoothly with accurate timing and material use.
• Share your knowledge and help the team grow when needed.
  
  

Okay, let’s talk about you:

• You have at least 1 year experience as a qualified Spray Painter (experience with water-based systems is a bonus!).
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• A problem solver who thrives when things move fast.
• A team player with great communication skills.
• Hold a current NSW driver’s licence (manual or automatic).

 ⏰ Monday to Friday 8am to 4:06 at our St. Peters Shop
