What you will do
As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our indirect sales business across Poland, focusing on HVAC solutions such as heat pumps, chillers and fan coil units (FCU).
You will play a key role in expanding our partner network and building a strong pipeline of commercial and industrial projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute indirect sales strategy across Poland
- Build, manage and expand a network of distributors, installers and system integrators
- Drive sales of HVAC solutions: heat pumps, chillers, FCU, hydronic systems
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial and industrial segments
- Support partners in technical and commercial discussions, ensuring successful project delivery
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, service, marketing, product)
- Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in HVAC sales (preferably indirect/channel sales)
- Strong network in the Polish market (distributors, installers, consultants)
- Experience with products such as heat pumps, chillers, AC / hydronics
- Commercial mindset and ability to build long-term partnerships
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth in a defined territory
- Fluent Polish and English
