As a Talent Development Specialist, you will support the delivery of learning and development initiatives that help employees grow their skills and capabilities.
Working closely with HR colleagues, managers, employees, and external partners, you will contribute to the organization and coordination of training programs, learning processes, and funded training projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional who is passionate about learning, employee development, and project coordination.
How you create impact
- Support the organization and delivery of training programs, workshops, onboarding journeys, and development initiatives aligned with business and employee development needs.
- Coordinate training administration activities, including learning calendars, participant communications, registrations, logistics, and evaluation processes.
- Collaborate with managers and HR stakeholders to support learning and development activities across the organization.
- Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of Fondi Interprofessionali projects and other funding opportunities, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and accurate administrative documentation.
- Support the administration of learning platforms and training processes, coordinating enrolments, invitations, attendance monitoring, completion tracking, learner satisfaction surveys, and reporting activities to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement of learning initiatives.
- Contribute to the creation of communication materials, learning resources, and employee development activities that promote a culture of continuous learning.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or a related field.
- Experience supporting training programs, employee development activities, or other HR projects.
- Experience working with Fondi Interprofessionali, or other training funds is considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel nationally to visit Kuehne+Nagel locations and support local initiatives.
- Fluent Italian and English.
