  • Coordinate and assign daily warehouse tasks (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping), ensuring clarity, priority, and proper execution.

  • Manage inbound and outbound flows, ensuring materials and finished goods move accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal processes and customer expectations.

  • Guarantee inventory accuracy, maintaining correct stock levels in the ERP, supervising cycle counts, and leading root-cause analysis in case of discrepancies.

  • Ensure proper execution and documentation of transactions in ERP (receiving, movements, adjustments, shipments).

  • Plan, book and execute transportation requirements, ensuring pickups and deliveries happen on time and aligned with Supply Chain and customer needs.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with transport partners, acting as the main point of contact for scheduling, exceptions and performance issues, while monitoring transport reliability (delays, missed pickups, damages) and driving continuous improvement with providers.

  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards, promoting safe working practices, correct use of PPE, and proper equipment handling.

  • Implement and maintain warehouse organization standards, ensuring cleanliness, layout optimization, and adherence to 5S principles.

  • Monitor KPIs (inventory accuracy, OTD, receiving lead time, picking productivity, discrepancies) and drive actions to improve performance.

  • Act as the main point of contact between Warehouse, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, After Sales, and Quality, ensuring alignment on priorities, constraints, and exceptions.

  • Identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen process discipline.

  • Support and develop warehouse team members, providing on-the-job coaching, reinforcing standards, and ensuring cross-training where needed.

  • Ensure correct handling, storage, and traceability of materials, following internal procedures and customer/industry requirements.


Pay Range

€39,307.00-€78,378.00
