Accountabilities:

    • Lead signal integrity design, simulation, and validation activities across the full product development lifecycle for high-speed connectivity solutions.
    • Define electrical performance requirements for new connector and cable assembly products based on system-level needs.
    • Perform advanced signal integrity simulations for multiple high-speed standards, selecting appropriate methodologies and validating assumptions.
    • Conduct schematic reviews and PCB/layout assessments to ensure signal integrity best practices are applied.
    • Translate simulation and testing data into actionable engineering recommendations for design improvements and optimization.
    • Guide connector design decisions and component qualification from a signal integrity and performance perspective.
    • Support prototype evaluation, lab testing, and production verification to ensure product reliability and compliance with specifications.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience in RF, electrical, or high-speed digital design.
      • 5+ years of experience in electrical design, RF engineering, PCB design, or related high-speed product development roles.
      • Strong expertise in signal integrity analysis tools such as Ansys HFSS, CST, Agilent ADS, or equivalent simulation platforms.
      • Solid understanding of electromagnetic theory, transmission line behavior, and circuit-level electrical performance.
      • Experience reviewing PCB design, fabrication, and assembly processes with a focus on high-speed applications.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret simulation and lab data into engineering actions.
      • Ability to work independently in a global, cross-functional engineering environment with strong communication skills in English.
      • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex technical challenges across multiple projects.
