Management Positions)Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders (Operation Planning and Control, Production, Category Managers, Legal, WH & Logistics etc) and external suppliers to support factory demands and ensure supply chain resilience.Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders (Operation Planning and Control, Production, Category Managers, Legal, WH & Logistics etc) and external suppliers to support factory demands and ensure supply chain resilience.Develop local procurement strategies and execute for alternate / multi-sourcing and achieve defined cost saving targets via effective negotiation strategies.Contract Management: support Procurement operation task and drive actions to meet org. ambitious and stretched targets as well as ensuring 100% compliance to procurement policies and audits.Identify and drive for efficiency improvement opportunities including process simplification, digitalization and leverage AI for automation etc.Your ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed Education: Bachelor Degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Procurement related field.Work Experience: Manage at least medium scale of procurement activities of Equipment, Spares and Consumables, MNC / Semiconductor procurement experience is added advantageLanguage: English and MandarinTechnical Skills: Basic fab processes, spare parts, tools and consumablesSoft Skills: Strong problem solving skills, analytical skills, details oriented, self starter, ambitious, fast learner, innovative#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
