Your Impact
Our People Systems team is expanding beyond Workday configuration into custom application development. Over the past year we built a performance review app, req editing workflows, and severance automation tools, and more are in progress. We need a senior engineer to lead the technical work on these products while staying hands-on as a contributor.
This is a player-coach role. You will write code alongside the team, own our engineering standards, and bring the technical maturity to help us build software that scales. You will also own Workday security role architecture and provide input on security across our custom applications. Prior HRIS experience is not required; a strong software engineering background with an interest in the people technology space is.
