Accountabilities:
- Develop new business opportunities within ISPs, integrators, and regional telecom operators, actively driving pipeline growth in the assigned region.
- Manage the full client relationship lifecycle, from prospecting and negotiation to post-sales follow-up and long-term account management.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored networking and connectivity solutions, including switches, GPON, DWDM, Wi-Fi, and related technologies.
- Monitor sales pipeline performance and contribute to achieving regional revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering, technical support, and marketing teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
- Maintain strong strategic relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and business expansion opportunities.
- Proven experience in commercial roles within telecommunications, preferably working with ISPs or network infrastructure providers.
- Strong background in B2B sales of technology, networking, or connectivity solutions.
- Hunter and farmer profile, with excellent prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Solid understanding of telecom products, network solutions, and customer technical requirements.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagement and business development.
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset.
