Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, GTM Execution Monitoring sits within the GTM Operations & Execution organization and reports to the Director, GTM Operations. This role serves as the operational nerve center for go-to-market execution health, responsible for monitoring pipeline performance, tracking SLA adherence, measuring process adoption, and surfacing actionable insights that enable revenue leadership to identify risk and drive consistent execution.
This individual owns the analytical layer of GTM execution monitoring by defining reporting requirements, interpreting operational data, and translating execution signals into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership. Working closely with GTM Strategy, Reporting, and BIS/Systems teams, the Senior Analyst ensures the organization has visibility into execution effectiveness, process compliance, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor pipeline health metrics including coverage, velocity, conversion rates, and stage progression across teams and market segments.
- Track leading and lagging execution indicators to identify potential performance risks before they impact revenue outcomes.
- Define reporting requirements for pipeline health monitoring and partner with GTM Strategy and BIS teams to ensure accurate implementation and maintenance.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, bottlenecks, and execution gaps, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Monitor adherence to GTM process SLAs, including response times, stage aging, required activities, and field-level compliance.
- Define and maintain SLA measurement frameworks while partnering with systems teams to operationalize performance tracking.
- Measure adoption and utilization of CRM workflows, GTM tools, and process changes to ensure consistent execution across the organization.
- Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders and end users to identify process inefficiencies, adoption barriers, and opportunities for improvement.
- Define reporting requirements for operational monitoring, including key metrics, dimensions, filters, and reporting cadences needed by GTM leadership.
- Produce leadership-ready reporting and insights that support data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related analytical role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including knowledge of data structures, pipeline management, and reporting logic.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex operational datasets and synthesize findings into actionable business insights.
- Experience defining reporting requirements and working cross-functionally with GTM Strategy, Reporting, Analytics, or BIS/Systems teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting high-growth SaaS or technology organizations.
- Familiarity with revenue operations processes, sales performance metrics, and pipeline management best practices.
- Experience partnering with business intelligence, reporting, or systems teams to drive operational visibility and performance measurement.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Experience measuring CRM adoption, process compliance, and operational effectiveness within a sales or go-to-market organization.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority.
- Proven track record of identifying operational improvement opportunities and implementing scalable solutions.
