The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a profitable, deeply embedded data business and build the commercial engine that will drive its next phase of growth. You will join directly as CEO, reporting to a Banyan Operating Leader, with full operational authority over how you run the business. With Banyan's backing and shared AI and operational expertise behind you, your job is to turn a strong, durable asset into a growth company: improve new-logo acquisition, expand into adjacent public- and private-sector markets, and make the product the primary competitive advantage. The opportunity to create structural distance through AI is real. What You Will Own Strategy and Commercial Outcomes Own the company's strategic direction, market positioning, and competitive response. Drive revenue growth with full P&L accountability across retention, expansion, pricing, and new customer acquisition. Build a repeatable, scalable go-to-market engine that reopens new-logo sales and reduces reliance on back-to-base growth, to return the business to double-digit growth. Expand the addressable market beyond the established policing base to include adjacent public-sector buyers (local authorities, healthcare) and grow the private-sector footprint across financial services, AML, and identity verification. Establish pricing and packaging strategies that reflect the value the data and platform deliver.
