The HR Site Lead, LER, is responsible for driving labor and employee relations at the HemoCue headquarters site in Ängelholm, ensuring a compliant, constructive, and high-performing work environment. This role is central in managing union relations, advising leaders on employment matters, and safeguarding adherence to Swedish labor law and internal policies.

You will act as HR partner to leaders balancing business needs with legal and contractual obligations. As part of a global HR organization, you will collaborate closely with HR colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality HR delivery while supporting a strong “one HR” approach in a matrix environment.

As HR Site Lead, LER, you will proactively drive initiatives that strengthen employee relations and contribute to sustainable organizational performance.

This role is based onsite in Ängelholm and reports to the Senior Director, Labor and Employee Relations, at Radiometer with a dotted line to Senior Director, HR at HemoCue.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations cases.

  • Lead and manage labor relations, including union negotiations, consultations, and relationship management with both white- and blue-collar unions.

  • Maintain high standards of HR data accuracy and reporting, ensuring compliance with our QMS and audit readiness.

  • Provide compliance and reporting activities.

  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding activities.

  • Managing hosted associates.

  • Manage and drive HR projects that align with business objectives.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent discipline.

  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, written and verbally.

  • 5+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on labor and employee relations

  • Strong knowledge of Swedish employment law and collective bargaining frameworks

  • Proven experience in leading union negotiations and managing relationships with multiple unions

  • Excellent IT skills (Office Package, HR Systems, AI)
