The candidate should have foundational expertise in React and Node.js, with hands-on experience building intuitive interfaces and self-service portals that integrate with backend services. Proficiency in React is required, as all web applications are built using the React framework. The role involves translating business and user requirements into clean, functional frontend solutions, with a basic understanding of frontend security and performance best practices.
