We are seeking Intermediate Architects / Designers with 4-8 years of experience to join our Los Angeles office. Here, you’ll collaborate with a diverse team of architects, urban designers, and landscape professionals on projects that span a range of scales and contexts. Requirements
- A professional degree in Architecture
- 4-8 years of professional experience
- Experience working on all phases of a single project
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and AutoCAD
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and construction documentation
- Construction Administration experience, including field observation
- Licensed in CA
Responsibilities
- Facilitating communication between clients, consultant teams, project teams, vendors, and building and permitting officials
- Production of contract documents
- Management of team members
- Providing technical guidance and innovative solutions to complex technical and design challenges
