Accountabilities

    • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of large-scale customer experience initiatives, managing products from research and discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
    • Conduct user research, market analysis, stakeholder interviews, and data-driven evaluations to identify opportunities and define product direction.
    • Own product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives against business objectives, and define success metrics aligned with commercial performance and customer value.
    • Drive conversion optimization initiatives across key customer touchpoints, including search, personalization, checkout, and other digital commerce experiences.
    • Analyze behavioral analytics and experimentation results to inform roadmap decisions and continuously improve user experiences through A/B testing.
    • Partner closely with engineering teams to influence platform evolution, support scalable commerce architecture, and identify opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning capabilities.
    • Manage product backlogs, user stories, documentation, sprint planning, user acceptance testing, release readiness, and post-launch performance monitoring.
    • Present strategic recommendations and product performance to senior leadership while mentoring junior product managers and contributing to improvements in product development practices.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, or a related discipline.
      • 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years leading customer experience or similar product initiatives.
      • Minimum of 2 years of experience within an e-commerce environment.
      • Demonstrated success independently leading large, cross-functional product initiatives from concept through delivery.
      • Strong analytical skills with experience using behavioral analytics platforms, experimentation frameworks, and A/B testing to drive product decisions.
      • Experience defining product requirements, KPIs, performance monitoring strategies, and managing agile development processes using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
      • Solid understanding of digital commerce platforms, customer journey optimization, conversion rate optimization, and product lifecycle management.
      • Familiarity with modern commerce technologies, including headless architecture, APIs, enterprise commerce platforms, and AI or machine learning applications such as intelligent search, recommendations, or dynamic pricing.
      • Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
      • Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Figma, or commercial ownership of revenue, conversion, or profit metrics is considered an advantage.
