Accountabilities:
- Work directly with customers to understand business challenges, operational needs, and workflow requirements.
- Translate customer feedback and business goals into clear, prioritized product requirements for engineering teams.
- Own client communications throughout onboarding, discovery, scoping, and delivery phases.
- Manage expectations, timelines, priorities, and feedback loops to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Provide engineers with the context needed to deliver effective solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Ensure consistency between customer requests, product decisions, development work, and delivered outcomes.
- Identify recurring customer challenges and create repeatable frameworks, documentation, templates, and processes.
- Improve internal workflows related to requirement gathering, handoffs, communication, and deployment processes.
- Analyze customer insights to identify strategic product opportunities and contribute to roadmap planning.
- Partner with product teams to prioritize impactful improvements that align customer needs with long-term product vision.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, solutions, customer success, consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.
- 2+ years of experience working within a software company, ideally in SaaS, ERP, enterprise software, or composable software environments.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong experience translating business requirements into actionable product specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and create alignment.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to solving ambiguous problems.
- Technical fluency sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineers and understand product development workflows.
- Experience supporting customer onboarding, implementations, deployments, or solution delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance competing stakeholder needs.
- Willingness to travel approximately 15–20% as needed.
- Experience with ERP platforms, internal tools, operational SaaS products, APIs, data workflows, developer platforms, or consulting environments is a plus.
- Competitive salary range of $130,000 – $170,000 USD, plus bonus opportunities.
