Accountabilities:

    As the Senior Director, Procurement and Strategic Sourcing, you will lead the development and execution of enterprise procurement strategies while building scalable processes that improve efficiency, transparency, and business outcomes. You will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, manage a high-performing procurement team, and drive AI-enabled transformation across sourcing and vendor management activities.

    • Develop and execute an AI-first procurement strategy focused on automation, scalability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a procurement team while fostering accountability, collaboration, and AI fluency.
    • Partner with Finance, Legal, Security, and Business Operations teams to align procurement initiatives with business priorities, compliance requirements, and risk management objectives.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders by providing strategic recommendations on vendor strategy, sourcing decisions, and procurement optimization.
    • Own strategic sourcing activities, including supplier selection, RFP processes, negotiations, contract management, and vendor performance evaluations.
    • Manage the full contract lifecycle, improving visibility, compliance, accuracy, and efficiency through technology and automation.
    • Establish vendor performance frameworks, including KPIs, SLAs, renewal planning, and ongoing relationship management.
    • Identify and deliver cost savings opportunities across software, services, and operational spend while maintaining quality and reducing risk.
    • Design and implement AI-powered procurement workflows for contract reviews, spend analysis, vendor assessments, and forecasting activities.
    • Evaluate and scale emerging AI tools to reduce manual processes, improve decision-making, and increase procurement team productivity.
    • Build dashboards and reporting capabilities to monitor procurement performance, savings initiatives, and operational metrics.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging automation, innovation, and data-driven decision-making across the procurement function.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced procurement leader with strong strategic sourcing expertise, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for using technology to transform business operations. You should be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and driving meaningful organizational change.

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
      • 10+ years of procurement and strategic sourcing experience, ideally within a SaaS, technology, or high-growth organization.
      • 2–5+ years of experience leading procurement teams at a Director or senior leadership level.
      • Demonstrated success driving AI-enabled process transformation, workflow redesign, and measurable operational improvements.
      • Strong expertise in sourcing strategy, supplier negotiations, contract lifecycle management, and vendor risk mitigation.
      • Proven ability to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality, compliance, and long-term business value.
      • Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools, automation platforms, or agentic technologies is highly preferred.
      • Experience implementing procurement technologies such as CLM, spend management, or workflow automation platforms.
      • Strong executive communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
      • Ability to build trust and credibility across business functions and establish procurement as a strategic partner.
      • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
      • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to guide procurement decisions.
