The Digital Risk Products &
Data Strategy (RPDS) team within CFR is the backbone of all risk decisions and help in building the digital software products for risk management across customer lifecycle i.e., Onboarding, Credit Underwriting, Authorizations,
Collections across card & non card business globally.

- Own end-to-end product capabilities within the Risk Management ecosystem, defining business requirements, driving solution design, and ensuring successful delivery of product enhancements and new initiatives.
- Partner with Risk Strategy, Product, Technology, Architecture, and Operations teams to translate business objectives into scalable product solutions that balance customer experience, risk controls, and operational efficiency.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap by defining features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones aligned to business priorities and strategic goals.
- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of business rules and decisioning capabilities, leveraging low-code/no-code platforms and ensuring adherence to governance, risk, and control requirements.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional execution, facilitating requirement workshops, resolving dependencies, communicating progress, and ensuring alignment across business and technology partners.
- Identify opportunities for product, process, and customer experience improvements through data analysis, business insights, and feedback from stakeholders, and translate findings into actionable enhancements.
- Support product strategy and roadmap development by evaluating business needs, market trends, emerging technologies, and risk management opportunities, and contributing recommendations for future capabilities.
- Champion AI-driven and automation solutions to streamline operational processes, improve decision quality, accelerate time-to-market, and enhance overall product effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Risk Management, Technology Delivery, or a related domain.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Risk, Technology, Operations, and other business teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business processes and identify scalable solutions.
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments, including backlog management, prioritization, sprint planning, and acceptance testing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas, influence decisions, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience using data and metrics to support decision-making, measure outcomes, and drive continuous product improvement.
- High degree of ownership, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Fraud Risk, Credit Risk, Decisioning Platforms, Financial Services, Payments, or Risk Technology domains.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, business rule management systems, or workflow automation tools.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-enabled products, decisioning systems, or automation solutions.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools; experience with Python, Hive, or similar technologies is a plus.
- Experience partnering with globally distributed teams and managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
- SAFe, Agile, Product Owner, or Product Management certifications are a plus.
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
