Accountabilities:
- Analyze Meta Ads performance metrics, including CPL, CTR, LTV, and other key indicators, to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Manage inbound lead nurturing processes within the CRM, ensuring prospects receive timely communication and guidance toward booking appointments.
- Contact new leads promptly after inquiry submission to maximize engagement and conversion opportunities.
- Build, optimize, and maintain SMS and email automation workflows for booked calls, missed calls, follow-ups, and long-term nurturing.
- Create and improve email nurture sequences for prospects and existing clients to strengthen engagement and retention.
- Develop SMS campaigns for promotions, announcements, and client communication initiatives.
- Monitor marketing performance, identify conversion opportunities, and recommend improvements to lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with internal teams to improve marketing and sales processes.
- Proven experience in lead generation, lead nurturing, CRM management, or a related marketing operations role.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads performance analysis and key digital marketing metrics.
- Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM management, automation, and lead nurturing.
- Experience with email marketing, SMS campaigns, and marketing automation workflows.
- Proficiency with Google Drive and Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines.
