We are seeking a Taiwan-based Global Account Manager to drive strategic business growth with leading OEM, ODM, and AIC partners. This role requires a highly motivated sales professional who builds executive-level relationships. They identify new business opportunities, invent product wins, and promote sell-through. They balance customer needs with NVIDIA’s core strategic priorities.
What You'll Be Doing:
Handle and lead sales activities across NVIDIA’s product portfolio, including Data Center, Workstation, Embedded, AI, Enterprise, and Gaming solutions.
Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with customers’ Sales, Product Management, R&D, Procurement, and executive teams to find opportunities, drive compose wins, and accelerate business growth.
Build and implement account growth strategies, including product promotion, design-in, design-win, forecasting, and business planning.
Acquire a deep understanding of customers’ business strategies, product roadmaps, development plans, and competitive landscape.
Lead account-focused teams consisting of both direct and matrixed resources to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Product Management, and Supply Chain to drive customer success and company initiatives.
Identify key decision makers and influence customer technology adoption through strategic engagement.
Ensure accurate forecasting, effective pipeline management, and strong operational execution.
Enhance NVIDIA’s strategic relevance and long-term partnership with assigned accounts.
What We Need to See:
Minimum 8 years of IT industry experience, including considerable sales and account management experience.
At least 5 years of experience handling Tier 1 OEM, ODM, AIC, or enterprise customer accounts.
Consistent track record in enterprise and/or consumer technology sales, business development, and strategic account management.
Strong understanding of the technology ecosystem, including AI, Data Center, Enterprise Computing, Embedded Systems, or PC platforms.
EE, CS, or related technical degree.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a high standard of professionalism and integrity.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented with the ability to influence cross-functional team members and drive alignment.
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:
Experience working with leading OEMs, ODMs, AICs, or enterprise customers in the machine learning and server environment, Embedded, or PC ecosystem.
Technical knowledge of AI, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Embedded Linux, Android, GPU computing, or enterprise infrastructure solutions.
Programming experience in C/C++ or a technical background that enables effective engagement with engineering teams.
Understanding of NVIDIA technologies, GPU computing concepts, and emerging AI trends.
