Accountabilities:
- Own go-to-market strategy for key product lines, driving acquisition, expansion, and retention outcomes
- Define and execute differentiated positioning and messaging that clearly communicates business value and competitive advantage
- Translate customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable product and marketing direction
- Lead product launches and feature releases, ensuring strong market adoption and measurable pipeline impact
- Develop sales enablement materials, narratives, and tools that improve conversion and accelerate deal cycles
- Partner with marketing teams to design high-performing campaigns aligned with buyer needs and segmentation strategies
- Analyze performance data, win/loss insights, and customer feedback to continuously refine GTM effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across strategy and execution
- 5–7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing roles
- Proven success driving product-led growth, adoption, or market expansion through strategic marketing initiatives
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business narratives for enterprise audiences
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and messaging skills with executive-level presence
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing efforts to revenue outcomes and buyer behavior
- Deep curiosity about customers, markets, and competitive landscapes
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and drive clarity across cross-functional teams
- Bonus: experience in HR tech, workforce analytics, or enterprise data platforms
- Competitive base salary in Canada ($153,000–$193,000 CAD/year) plus performance-based bonus
