As the UX Manager for Workspace Studio, you will lead a high-performing UX team to drive organizational strategy and deliver significant, cross-functional product impact. You will oversee all UX initiatives within Workspace Studio, including high-priority projects such as Agent Builder, Skills, and Flows. This is a critical leadership role requiring day-to-day involvement in the execution of complex, high-velocity, and multi-team programs. You will navigate multi-dimensional, ambiguous problem spaces that demand deep collaboration across Workspace teams and require upward influence with senior leadership. Inspire the team to uncover emergent needs, using data and market insights to challenge the status quo. + Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, prototyping, and continuous iteration. Make decisions, evaluate hypotheses, and adapt seamlessly to fluid requirements. + Create comprehensive design frameworks to ensure UX consistency.
