Let’s explore them together.Job DescriptionWe're looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to greet visitors, answer incoming calls and provide support for internal/external customers. In addition, the Receptionist/CSR will partner with members of the Customer Service and Operations teams.Responsibilities:Greet clients, vendors and visitors; answer multiple phone lines and direct incoming calls.Manage incoming/outgoing couriers; process return samples to customers in a timely manner.Enter samples into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.Provide additional support to the Customer Service team.Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am-5:30pm*Local candidates are encouraged to apply.*QualificationsThis position works with companies that deal with defense-related activities and is subject to the highest level of ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations). All considered applicants must be a U.S. Citizen.3+ years Receptionist or Customer Service experience. Excellent professional, verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook. SAP or other CRM database experience a plus.Clean driving record to assist with courier team, when needed.Physical Requirements:The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office or laboratory to access file cabinets, machinery, equipment etc.Ability to continuously operate a personal computer or lab equipment for extended periods of time (4 or more hours).Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate a keyboard and other lab equipment, use a telephone, access file cabinets and other items stored at various levels, including overhead. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time.
