This role involves working on enterprise platforms to meet the company's IT needs. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop Enterprise Applications: Design, develop, and implement applications to meet the company's CIO level development needs, ensuring alignment with the company's overall IT strategy. • Support IT Development: Collaborate with IT teams to identify and prioritize development requirements, providing technical expertise to support the delivery of IT solutions. • Maintain Enterprise Platforms: Perform maintenance and updates on existing enterprise platforms to ensure they remain stable, secure, and efficient. • Deliver Solutions: Apply technical knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and align with the company's IT architecture. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Gen AI capability: Knowledge in prompt engineering, creating Markdown files, and distinguishing which models to utilize for efficient automation of the document creation process • Design and Documentation Experience: Expansive experience and knowledge in design (high-level, low-level, paradigms, methodologies) and technical documentation (reading and writing, both in code and actual documents) • Enterprise Application Development: Exposure to designing, developing, and implementing applications to meet organizational needs, with understanding of IT strategy alignment. • IT Development Support: Experience working with IT teams to identify and prioritize development requirements, providing technical expertise to support solution delivery. • Enterprise Platform Maintenance: Exposure to performing maintenance and updates on existing enterprise platforms to ensure stability, security, and efficiency. • Technical Solution Delivery: Experience applying technical knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and align with IT architecture. • Collaboration and Technical Expertise: Exposure to collaborating with IT teams and providing technical expertise to support the delivery of IT solutions. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Japanese Language Capability: Strong capability is needed to be able to confirm consistency and correctness of the AI-generated document • Python scripting: Knowledge and experience in using Python scripts to automate tasks and perform scheduled/manual batch execution of several process • Enterprise Platform Knowledge: Exposure to working with various enterprise platforms, including design, development, and implementation. Understanding of platform capabilities and limitations. • IT Development Methodologies: Experience working with IT development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, to support the delivery of IT solutions. • Technical Troubleshooting: Exposure to troubleshooting technical issues with enterprise platforms, including identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
