IT Support Associate (Entry-Level) – 2nd Shift

Pay: $20.70/hour + $1.00/hour shift premium ($21.70/hour total)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 PM – 3:15 AM
Overtime: Daily and weekend overtime may be available

Job Summary

We are seeking an entry-level IT Support Associate to join our team on 2nd shift. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their IT career while gaining hands-on experience supporting computers, servers, networks, and mobile devices in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Assist users with Microsoft Office applications and account-related issues.
• Support iOS and Android mobile devices.
• Create, update, and manage user accounts in Azure Active Directory.
• Document support requests and resolutions.
• Escalate complex technical issues as needed.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when assisting employees.

Qualifications

• Basic troubleshooting experience with computers, servers, and networks.
• Experience supporting iOS and Android mobile devices.
• Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Previous IT help desk, technical support, or internship experience is preferred but not required.
