As a Finance Analyst (Product Controller) in Chase Travel, you support financial and management recordkeeping, regulatory submissions, and process enhancements. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement in all financial activities.

Job responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial and management books and records
  • Prepare key schedules and coordinate inputs for month-end close under US GAAP and local GAAP
  • Perform variance analysis and investigate root causes
  • Support timely submission of regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
  • Assist in preparing withholding tax filings and related certificates in line with local regulations
  • Coordinate responses to audit and regulatory requests
  • Contribute to process documentation and drive efficiency initiatives
  • Enhance internal controls and support continuous improvement
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Three years of relevant experience in financial accounting, reporting, controllership, or audit
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP and local GAAP
  • Experience with ERP or financial systems
  • Proficiency in preparing or supporting tax filings and regulatory submissions
  • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with sound judgment
  • High attention to detail and a strong controls mindset
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Certified Public Accountant qualification
  • Exposure to shared services or financial services environments
  • Experience working with auditors and regulators
