Role responsibilities
The Field Service Technician will travel between hospitals to troubleshoot and resolve customer and product issues while documenting service results. Building positive relationships with customers and internal partners is also a key aspect of the role.
Requirements
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of technical service experience, preferably in bio-medical equipment maintenance and repair. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and meticulous documentation skills are essential.
