Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Membership Supervisor, you’re not just overseeing and supporting daily property memberships – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

  • Offer assistance and information to Members and potential new Members by providing information about membership offerings, benefits, activities, spa services and other resort information, while meeting Forbes 5 Star and AAA 5 Diamond Standards.
  • Serve as the primary contact for member inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Coordinate and assist with overseeing member onboarding processes, including welcome communications and orientation.
  • Generate reports on membership statistics, revenue, and engagement trends.
  •  Will be in front of our Members and guests 100% of the time—with regular personal and telephone interactions.
  • Administrative duties to include supporting the Membership sales team in processing of new Members, renewals, cancellations, other changes or conversions to Membership status, and maintaining collateral and orientation documents.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate reporting of all revenue-generating and non-revenue-generating Membership changes.
  • Answer questions regarding Membership benefits, and/or help promote resort amenities by making arrangements for dining, entertainment, sports events, recreation, health and beauty services, child care, and other services at the resort.  Answer questions concerning and/or giving directions to hotel facilities, meeting rooms, or events held therein.
  • Assist with planning, promoting, and executing regular Member programming, including social events and events that introduce Membership to residents in our surrounding community.
  • Assist with maintaining Right Start program – with 30/60 day follow up for new Members to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
  • Maintain Club web site and work with resort department heads to create regular email newsletters to promote resort events, amenities, and news to Club Members.
